We were climbing a small hill and Kevin's wax wasn't holding. Even with our low-tech cross-country ski equipment, the wax was supposed to allow our skis to move forward easily but prevent them from slipping backwards when we needed to climb the trail. Kevin was sprawled nearly flat on his face, his hands in the snow and his feet strapped to skis that were slowly slipping away behind him when I heard him mutter, "There's got to be an illustration in this somewhere."
You've come across those "great illustration" moments now and then. Share them by clicking "Post a Comment" below and sending them. Or send a link and a bit of explanation, like in this example.
We'll post the best ones for all the world to see and we promise to not pay you a dime (because we don't have any money to do that).
If you want to try making money off your illustration, submit it to Preaching Today. You'll be paid if they accept it, but it's likely that only PT subscribers will be able to view it.
